At S.U.N. Housing, our mandate is to provide affordable housing for Indigenous people in the Barrie area.
Our
Properties
S.U.N. Housing has 51 properties scattered throughout Barrie, plus an 8-plex building for individuals age 50+, for a total of 59 affordable housing units.

- Ages: 18 years old and up
- Low to moderate income
- Indigenous families
